Education and enterprise under one roof.
A kontor was a node: residence, warehouse, legal space and connection to a network larger than its place. scholarium continues that form, bringing twenty years of educational work together with entrepreneurship, decisions about wealth, technology and the building of particular places.

Building new places with meaning and identity: the kontor itself acquires, builds and operates, in Istria, on Madeira and beyond. Its expertise ranges from real estate and listed buildings to geoarbitrage.
Heritage, order, education.
Families who hold enterprise, wealth and education together across generations have always carried the tradition the kontor stands in; today that includes those who build families and companies now. For a few such families it opens its workshop: bespoke, with one responsible principal, in discretion, starting from a concrete occasion. Usually an anniversary, a succession, an archive, or the question of what the next generation is to carry.
Heritage
A company's history is capital. The kontor raises it: curating a library of rare books, ordering an archive, shaping family and company history into an edition, giving a family identity form. Building and preserving a legacy is workshop craft over years.
Order
Ownership holds when its foundations are in order: structures, custody, places, responsibilities across generations. The kontor practises this order as a craft of its own and opens it to families who seek the same care.
Education
Judgement is the real inheritance. For the next generation, paths are taking shape that join thinking with responsibility: our own formats, the Salon, the library, and real places from the Alpine-Adriatic region to the Atlantic.
Out of these paths grows a family institution: a house in which heritage, order and education work together across generations. It begins with a conversation about a concrete occasion.
